small group training classes
At Haven, our small group training sessions are intentionally designed to help every woman feel supported, encouraged, and confident in the gym. With limited class sizes, each session allows for more individualized coaching, hands-on instruction, and guidance than a traditional fitness class, creating an environment where women of every fitness level can learn, grow, and become stronger together. Classes will be offered throughout the week, with workouts designed to challenge and support a variety of goals. Our full training schedule and weekly class lineup will be announced as we get closer to opening day.

Every Haven Small Group Training class is intentionally designed with smaller class sizes, expert coaching, and a welcoming atmosphere. Rather than getting lost in a crowded room, you’ll receive individualized guidance while enjoying the motivation and accountability that comes from training alongside other women.
